Instructions for abstracts:
Use rich text format (.rtf) or Word-file document (.doc), version 2003.
The body of the text should not exceed 400 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations), single line spacing.
Line 1: Title, Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold
Line 2: Name(s) of all the author(s), Times New Roman, 10 pt. Underline the name of the presenting author, please denote corresponding author with an asterisk.
Line 3: Name of the institution(s), Times New Roman, 10 pt, italics. When the authors come from different institutions, mark their affiliations by superscripted numbers after their name.
Line 4: Body text, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing.

Instructions for Preparation of Oral presentation:
English is the language of the Conference. The success of the Conference depends largely on the quality of presentations. Please make your visual aids carefully. The audience should see and understand your presentation even from the backbenches. Slide projectors, overhead projectors and LCD projectors will be available free of charge.
Please submit powerpoint presentations to the secretariat on the day of registration (2nd or 3rd November, 2009).
* For oral and poster presentation, please indicate the section that you would like to participate.
Instructions for full paper for proceeding:
Full Paper: The Full Paper should be supplied in electronic form as a PDF file or Word-file document (Version 2003). The file size should be less than 2 Mb. The deadline for the submission of Full Papers is 30th September 2009. Full Papers received after this deadline will not be included in the Proceedings. At least one author must be duly registered at the Congress before sending the Full Papers. The Proceedings will be published in softcopy(CD-ROM).
Default language: Should be set to English. Run the manuscript through the spelling checker.
Copyright: Authors are responsible for ensuring that nothing in their papers infringes any existing copyright.
Length: Full Papers should have at most ten (4) pages (A4 format), including tables, figures and references.
System of units: All measurements and data should be given in metric (SI) units.
Equations: Equations should be carefully written and checked so that they can be followed easily.
Abbreviations: Must be explained the first time they occur.
Article structure: Should have Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results & Discussions and Conclusions.
Figures and tables: They should be clear and reproducible. All figures and tables should be mentioned in the text and should be numbered in the order in which they appear. They should be placed as close as possible to the place where they are first mentioned.
Figure captions: Each illustration must have a caption. A caption should comprise a brief title and a description of the illustration.
Tables: Place footnotes to tables below the table body and indicate them with superscript lowercase letters.
References: Reference call-outs should be set in square brackets with Arabic numerals, numbered consecutively for the whole text in the order which they are first mentioned and listed at the end of the paper.

Margins:
Justification: Full
First page must contain:
Full Paper text: Times New Roman 11 point font.
Line spacing: Line spacing should be set at 1 (one). Leave only one space after a full stop.
Paragraphs: The first line of a paragraph should not be indented. Leave 1 (one) line space between paragraphs. Do not underline: Use italics, bold or bold italics instead.
Widow/Orphan lines: Never start a page with the last line of a paragraph, and never finish a page with the first line of a paragraph or of a displayed list. Make sure that all headings are followed on the same page by at least two lines of text.
Footnotes: Arabic numerals, Times New Roman 8 point font, indicated by raised lower case letters and place at the foot of the page.
Pages numbering: Pages must be numbered. Alignment outside (under Page Setup/Layout/Header and Footers, select “different odd and even”), with numbers in Time New Roman 11 point font.
Figure and Table numbering: Arabic numerals, Times New Roman 11 point.
