FRIM wins four golds at ITEX’18

FRIM organises MyWood-ID tech talk

18 May 2018 (Friday) - Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) has conducted a MyWood-ID Technology Talk Programme last Tuesday at Villa Fragrans to provide a clearer explanation of the use of the application. FRIM, KEJORA to conduct R&D on mengkuang planting

8 May 2018 (Tuesday) – Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (KEJORA) on 6 May to collaborate in mengkuang planting research in Kg. Tuan Seh agricultural land, Mukim Sedili Besar, Johor. FRIM excels in innovation contests

4 May 2018 (Friday) – Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM)’s had received several innovation awards at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) and the Exposition on Islamic Innovation (i-Inova) recently. Nik Adlin with the JIPA award certificate. ‘Modular Seating System’ innovative project led by Nik Adlin Nik Mohamed Sukri and Dr Wan Tarmeze Wan Ariffin received the Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) Award for the ‘Best Invention in Design Award’ at the MTE on 24 February.
